How do I clean my collection?Use a soft cloth with soap and warm water or a mild solution of dish detergent and warm water to carefully wash the acrylic display riser. Then dry using a soft, lint- free cloth.

Are the acrylic collections heat resistant?Our acrylic displays are an ideal product to use outdoors as they are heat resistant up to 160 degrees celsius to fahrenheit. When handled with care they are durable and shatterproof.

How do I store my collection?Once you’ve used your display collection, gently wipe them with a micro fiber cloth. Refrain from using wool and/or scouring pads as they can damage the surface. Once cleaned, stack them and store them in the box you received.

How do I transport my collection?Handle your collection with care, they are fragile. We suggest using a crate, bubble wrap or keep them in the original packaging. Lift from the bottom and not the sides. That will cause them to break.

What is your return policy?If you find there was an error made to your order you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return for replacement. For eligibility, the item must remain in its original, unused condition and packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase email. Any damages incurred during the return shipment become the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise insuring packages for protection. Damaged merchandise upon return receipt will not be credited. Additionally, customers bear the initial shipping and return shipping costs; no credit will be issued for shipping expenses.If you need to return your product email us at absolutelyedible@cs.com with an image of the faulty item. What if my product is damaged?Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and address the issue.
